CFUW

Cornwall & District

We harness the power of women working together for a better future for all.

Our Servuces
We are a vibrant, engaging group of approximately 50 women of all ages and backgrounds.
We offer members the opportunity to meet other women, to support our education and advocacy initiatives in our community and to enjoy and learn from interesting guest speakers at our monthly dinner meetings.

In addition to our meetings, members can participate in a variety of interest groups. Currently, we have three interest groups: the Book Club, the Outdoors Club and the Gourmet Club.

Our Meetings
The club meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month—between September and May—for dinner, club business, and presentations by guest speakers. We welcome any visitors who are interested in attending our meetings. Come, hear and see what we're all about! If you do not wish to have dinner you are welcome to come and listen to our speakers.
* Should you wish to attend one of our meetings, a dinner reservation is required by the third Monday of the month.
A donation of $1000.00 was given to Central Public School's Breakfast Program in February. This is part of our work with Cornwall's Vibrant Communities. Karen Primeau who administers the program was delighted to receive some additional funding for the program!
